Anya Richardson describes herself on her twitter as a mother and asipiring cake artist. Well I dont know about you but I think she is less asipiring and more awesome. Check out this amazing Angry Birds cake she made for her 8 year old son!
Pretty amazing isnt it?! If youre not familiar with Angry Birds, its a mobile game by Rovio that has taken the iPhone and Android world by storm with its addictive gameplay and adorable graphics.
Whats equally awesome is her epic Xbox cake
Whats crazy is that controller is a cake controller...I totally thought it was real! Someone get this girl a show on Food Network STAT!

You hit the nail on the head. People who realize the importance of connecting, communicating on an emotional level, and cooperating with others to enhance their greatness IMHO have a distinct edge.

It's entirely possible that one or more of these ideas could have been a big success had we given it the college try. Instead, these ideas died on the vine -- usually in one minute of a 1:1, a couple minutes before a different meeting got a quorum, or in a hallway conversation on the way to lunch. Generating good ideas is only as important as getting buy in for them. If you come up with ideas no one wants to act on, you're about as useful as someone who doesn't come up with any ideas (but you'll be a lot more frustrated and bitter).

Das ist der richtige Blog für alle, die heraus zu suchen out zu diesem Thema braucht. Du erkennst, eine Menge seiner praktisch mühsam, mit Ihnen zu streiten (nicht, dass ich eigentlich bräuchte ... haha).
